We employ both top down and bottom up approach which means even from the initial sales cost estimate we are building a solution that considers your key business requirements and processes alongside your budget and return-on-investment needs.

The cost estimate will be based on experience and fitted across of project implementation phases, this is then drilled task driven detail as part of the project initiation phase.

The Blue Ocean Systems Methodology is scalable depending on the size and complexity of the project and is a key component to the delivery of our high quality solutions. However, Blue Ocean Systems Consultants have worked with different approaches and are comfortable to work with the client methodology, if this is preferred.
